Good service kept me informed but I asked for next day and took a week plus to come but not that much of a problem Great friendly helpful service! We tried to get it repaired by manufacturer and they have sent an engineer out THREE separate times over the course of six months, making us wait for long intervals in between each visit. If this was the first or second time i could make allowance for the totally inept way they do business but unfortunately i have had 3 deliveries this year (out of about 12) that went without a hitch My experience was smooth and the customer care was very helpful, i will definitely recommend

We weren’t able to take up our holiday in Holt, due to Covid restrictions, and the company was brilliant. Which company have you been in touch with? I shall certainly be looking at other companies in future that are not affiliated to Travel Chapter. We have never had to pay that much for a deposit in all our years of renting cottages. Our main problem was the length of time it took to refund our £250 deposit. NONE of the times led to a successful repair.
